Make Games Industry Survey 2015
STUDIO QUESTIONNAIRE.  Please only fill in this survey if you are running a Studio or on behalf of the studio you work for. This is intended to collect data about studios. We will run another survey for employees later in the year.

All answers in this survey are protected by the NDA available here (https://www.dropbox.com/s/tyirg26knjzhin8/Simple%20Unilateral%20NDA%20%28MGSA%29%20v1.0-signed.pdf). We will use your answers to generate and publish statistics on the state of the industry, but will de-identify the results unless we get your specific consent to publish specific details about your studio or answers.
