Thank you for your interest in participating at the 2026 Freedom Festival! The event will take place on Friday, July 3, 2026 at Drakes Creek Park. The deadline to register is Friday, June 5th by 5 PM. 

Filling out this form does not guarantee a vendor spot at Freedom Festival. The Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to determine appropriateness of vendor for inclusion of this event.

ALL participants will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) in order to participate.
