Infusion of Art UniUni X BeAvent Vendor Form
BeAvent in collaboration with Uni Uni Uptown will be hosting Infusion of Art! A space for artists, makers, creatives, and musicians to gather and share their works.

*Secure a spot by September 30th to get promoted on flyers and online marketing graphics!*

What's the Vendor Vibe? So far we have creatives that are:
-Authors
-graphic designers and make stickers
-Painters
-Author
-Portraits

What else we are looking for:
-Guitar or mellow jazz player
-Ceramics
-If it can fit on a table, sign-up and showcase your stuff!

Infusion of Art:
October 25th from 6pm-10pm
Uni Uni Uptown -1130 W Argyle St, Chicago, IL 60640
6pm - 10pm
(5pm-6pm set up)

-----Vendor/Artist fee is $50 (link below for payment, or cash)-----
(Please submit artist fee by October 5th to secure your spot. If you no longer are able to participate please submit a request by October 12 so we can process your refund. Anything after will be forfeited, spot and fee.)

+artist are able to sell their work and advertise themselves in their secured section + QR codes to their website/works to sell and showcase.
+if you have music and will not be performing, we can provide a QR link to your work.
+we will also advertise you and your work on socials, flyers and any other material we have coming out!

For musical acts, let us know if you need any equipment(mic, speakers, DJ mixer, etc.) and how much time you need for general setup.
