Woodstock Athletic Club Membership Termination/Suspension Policy
We require at least 7 days notice to cancel or suspend any annual membership. You will receive an email confirmation of your hold or termination request. Since we will not issue a refund once a monthly membership fee is paid, please confirm that you have received your confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email, please reach out to Carol Hoag, Membership Services. cjh@woodstockinn.com or 802-457-5587. Paid In Full memberships are not eligible for suspension, termination or refund.
The suspension always begins on the next billing date. You will be billed $10 per month instead of your monthly membership fee. This fee will maintain your status as an inactive member of the club with no privileges. The date of your reinstatement becomes your new billing date. Termination of membership completely ends the membership. If you choose to terminate your membership instead of suspending your membership, and you rejoin at a later date, you will be considered a new member and you will be charged an Initiation Fee.
