Volunteer Paperwork
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us at the Kingsport Public Library! Below you'll find the forms necessary to begin volunteering with us. We need these forms completed and submitted within 3 days of signing up for a shift. The physical forms can be picked up at the library, or you can email laineking@kingsporttn.gov if you are having trouble accessing the forms.
