Sugary Smiles Cookies Order Form
Please complete the form below to submit your request for cookies.  In most circumtances, you will hear back from me within two (2) business days.  A 50% deposit is required to hold your date on my calendar.  No order is confirmed until a deposit is received.

Cookies start at $50 per dozen.  Character cookies, cookies with metallic hand painting or elaborate floral designs start at $55 per dozen.  Cookies with all natural food dyes start at $60 per dozen. Cookies in a standard order are a mix of cookies varying from approx 3-4" in size depending upon design.  Mini cookies (approx 2-2.5") are available as an add-on with any order of one dozen standard size cookies. Mini cookies are simple in design and are $25 per dozen (upcharge for natural food dyes)

All cookies are individually heat sealed for freshness and boxed for pickup in Fort Mill near Carowinds.  Cookies should be stored at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, until eaten.  Leftover sealed cookies freeze beautifully.

My cookies contain flour, sugar, butter, salt, eggs, meringue powder, corn starch and artifical and natural flavors and colors.  Cookies do not contain nuts, but are made on equipment that has come into contact with nuts and should not be consumed by those with any type of nut/tree nut allergy.
