We will promote this event through our own social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) our email list, and our website, as well as those of our sponsors.
Last year we had over 1200 attendees and received permission to host up to 3000 this year. If your work is accepted, the artisan fee is $50, and our deadline for submissions is Friday, March 15 at 6:00 PM. All entries are juried and applicants will be notified no later than Friday, March 22 at noon. Payment is due by Friday, April 12 but we are happy to work with you. If selected, artisans must submit payment via PayPal to: email@example.com.
Gates will be open an hour prior to music starting. Attendees will have full access to artisans and food trucks during this time and throughout the festival. Artisans must make their own products. Electricity is available, so please do not bring your own generator. Note: we will not accept submissions that are political or derogatory in nature.
All artisans must provide their own 10x10 white canopy tent and tables. If you are accepted, you will receive a follow-up email with detail instructions on setup logistics and other critical information.
100% of all festival proceeds will benefit under-served, school-aged (K-12) artists and musicians living in Maine. Thanks for your time, interest, and consideration.
