Scholarship Fund
There are limited partial need-based scholarships available for current members of the Sisterhood of Avalon. For more information, please contact boardpresident@sisterhoodofavalon.org . For proper consideration, scholarship requests should be received by February 15, 2018.

If you can afford to pay more to help other sisters attend future intensives, please send your donation via Paypal to soaintensives@gmail.com and indicate that you are donating to the Scholarship Fund. Thank you!

Intensives
All Intensives require a minimum of six attendees otherwise it will be cancelled. Please note that differing prices reflect intensive level, etc. Every effort is made to keep prices as accessible as possible.

We try to accommodate sleeping preferences; however, sleeping arrangements will be based on a first come-first served basis. Those who preregister early will have first choice of single or double sleeping preferences.

We kindly ask that you pay your intensive deposit via PayPal (see Paypal button above the form).

Include the following information in the Notes section on PayPal when you submit your payment:
"(INTENSIVE NAME) Deposit fee for (The Applicant's full legal name)"

This information is important in case the name on the PayPal account does not match the Applicant's name.

You will be asked for the Paypal Transaction ID number in order to successfully submit your Registration form. This is to ensure you have paid the deposit, without which your Registration will not be submittable.

TIMELINE FOR PAYMENTS:
- Deposit of $200 is submitted with intensive registration. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Second payment is $200 and is due 60 days prior to your intensive.
- Final payment with remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your intensive.
- Should you need to withdraw before the intensive has begun or find yourself unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open up your spot to another sister. Deposits are non-refundable; any remaining payments would be refunded to you if you are unable to attend.
