Social Media Admin (SMA): Any Michigan Tech faculty or staff member managing an Official Social Media Account (OSA) with direct affiliation to the University. 

Student Collaborator (SC): Any Michigan Tech student assisting with social media management of OSAs under supervision of the account SMAs.
