Polyglot Pathways Core Team
Thank you for applying to the Polyglot Pathways Core Team! We’re really excited to see your interest in helping us build and launch the program.

We’re currently looking for five passionate members to join our founding core team. Since we’re a small team at this stage, we ideally expect each member to take responsibility for two departments, allowing us to cover all aspects of the program while keeping the team flexible and collaborative.

Available Departments & Roles

1. Program & Curriculum
Responsible for designing the overall structure of Polyglot Pathways, including learning pathways, lesson structures, activities, and curriculum planning.

2. Language Teaching
Responsible for developing and delivering language-learning sessions, creating teaching materials, and helping participants practice and improve their language skills.

3. Community Management
Responsible for building and maintaining our community, welcoming members, encouraging participation, organizing community activities, and ensuring that Polyglot Pathways remains a friendly and engaging space.

4. Social Media
Responsible for managing our social media presence, planning content, creating posts, and showcasing Polyglot Pathways and its activities online.

5. Marketing & Outreach
Responsible for promoting Polyglot Pathways, reaching potential participants, spreading awareness about the program, and developing strategies to grow our audience.

6. Graphic Design
Responsible for creating the visual identity of Polyglot Pathways, including social media graphics, promotional materials, presentations, and other visual content.

7. Website & Technology
Responsible for developing and maintaining our website and other digital platforms, as well as supporting the team with technical tools and solutions.

8. Partnerships
Responsible for identifying and building relationships with schools, organizations, language communities, creators, and other potential partners who could collaborate with Polyglot Pathways.

9. Operations
Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functioning of the program, organizing schedules and workflows, keeping track of tasks, and making sure different departments work smoothly together.

10. Research
Responsible for researching language-learning methods, educational resources, relevant organizations, and other information that can help us make Polyglot Pathways more effective and impactful.

How the Core Team Will Work

As a founding team, these roles are not completely isolated. We expect members to collaborate across departments and contribute wherever needed, especially while we are getting the program off the ground.

Each core team member will ideally take on two departments, preferably ones that complement each other or match their existing skills and interests.

We’re looking for people who are reliable, proactive, creative, and genuinely excited about language learning and building a community. Previous experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and take initiative is just as important.

We’re excited to potentially have you be part of the team that helps bring Polyglot Pathways to life!
