Please note that our Senior Analyst Programme is available only to Prosper’s analysts who have undergone the Analyst Training Programme. Senior Analysts who have taken part in previous semesters are also required to complete the application.

INFORMATION ON THE SAP:
The SAP is a great insight into the inner workings of Prosper where you will have responsibility and capacity to make an impact on the organisation. This semester we are endeavouring to make the SAP more streamlined, selective and community focused. Thus, it is important to note that communication within your teams is paramount, and the work produced will be assessed in a similar vein to the Analyst Training Program.
1 hour in person sessions will take place every Tuesday from 17.00-18.00 starting January 23rd. An additional 2-3 hours of work will be expected outside of these hours but that can depend on project.
There are various exciting potential projects for this semester’s SAP to tackle together. Dependant on priority and interest we hope to complete the projects below:
1. Acquiring funding.
The last few SAP's have included an acquiring funding project, a project that is crucial to Prosper’s future especially now that we have created a relationship with our chosen selected enterprise, Invisible Cities. Senior Analysts in previous programs have reached out various potential funders with some but limited success. This year we need to acquire a secure source of funding as it is crucial to Prosper's social impact.
2. Social Impact.
Last semester we began establishing our strong, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship with our selected enterprise - Invisible Cities. This semester we plan to help run and aid Invisible Cities with their new projects alongside their planned events. In addition to liaising with Edinburgh Collective with their events. Last semester marked the start of our relationship with Invisible Cities, consequently documents such as the Social Impact Evaluation Framework (SIEF) among others need to be updated in order to guide the next five years of social impact at Prosper. Therefore, aspects of this project require networking, evaluating impact and establishing the future social impact goals.
3. Tracking.
The Tracking Project consists of creating in-depth reports for our current and future holdings and attending weekly meetings to discuss findings. Those who enjoyed the equity research aspect of the ATP are encouraged to apply. Due to the ever-changing nature of the markets, this project promises to be dynamic and varied - whilst continuing to deepen your understanding of ESG principles, financial analysis and portfolio management.
