Re-Treat Yourself with TSDE
What this is:
A wellness retreat to build balanced beings, with Maris Allen from Trauma Specialists of Delaware. Open to all children ages 1st-3rd grade. This retreat is meant to help support children with mental health challenges as well as social, emotional and behavioral challenges. Children will leave with internal and external resources, a sense of not feeling alone and the education to help cope with mental health challenges. The resources that will be taught and practiced have the ability to reset the nervous system. This retreat will help children make meaning, learn, feel helped, meet new people and feel connected to others.

Why come to our retreat:
We welcome authentic vulnerable expression; however, we will not be asking you to dive deep into hard memories. This is not meant to be therapy; we want the retreat to be an experience where you build on internal and external resources.
