Refund Policy:

Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, as well as limited availability, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. 

If you cancel at least 35 days before the retreat start date, you will be refunded 90% of any sums paid. 

Refunds requested that allow at least 25 days before the retreat start date are 75% refundable.

Refunds requested up to 15 days before retreat start date are 50% refundable.

Anything from 14 days before the retreat are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid.

In order to receive the appropriate refund your request will need to have been made to info@purposeflow within the specified time frame to entitle you to the given refund. This refund can take up to 14 days to be processed.

Cancellations Policy: Cancellations made by Us

If for any reason Our Retreat has to cancel or change the Start Date of any Retreat, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the sums paid to another Our Retreat trip (either scheduled or at some future time within the next one (1) year) to be used as credit.

Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made by You to Us, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your Retreat.
