This program is designed to support individuals in high-stress, high-impact fields such as healing, activism, and social organizing, helping you manage burnout, trauma, and stress through nervous system regulation and somatic practices.

 The 8-Week Immersion: Week-by-Week Breakdown

Week 1: Reclaim Your Body – Foundations of Nervous System Regulation

Objective: Learn the basics of nervous system regulation, its role in stress, and the importance of somatic practices for re-regulating your system.

Week 2: Healing the Wounds – Trauma and the Nervous System

Objective: Dive into how trauma is stored in the body and how somatic tools help release it.

Week 3: Nature’s Wisdom – Eco-Somatic Practices for Grounding

Objective: Reconnect with nature to restore balance and ground your energy.
Week 4: Express Yourself – Movement, Art, and Poetry as Healing
Objective: Use creative expression to process and release emotions.

Week 5: Rewiring Your Brain – Neuroplasticity & Resilience

Objective: Learn to rewire your brain for emotional resilience and stress regulation.

Week 6: Boundaries & Presence – Cultivating Relational Capacity

Objective: Strengthen your ability to set clear, compassionate boundaries.

Week 7: Spiritual Care & Nourishment – Deepening Your Connection to Source

Objective: Prioritize spiritual care through nourishing rituals.

Week 8: Embodiment & Integration – Living Your Legacy of Healing

Objective: Integrate practices into a sustainable routine that embodies the change you wish to see.

Capstone Project: Creating Your Legacy of Healing – Develop a plan to integrate somatic practices into your ongoing work.
