2024 Summer Camp Counselor Application  for Seahorse and Opti Camps
Camp Dates
Opti Camp June 10 - 14 (Monday to Friday - Hours 8.30 to 5.30)
Seahorse Camp June 17 - 21 (Mon to Friday - Hours 8.30 to 5.30)  
Some evening events may require longer hours. 

Counselor certification requirements:

Seahorse & Opti Camp Senior Counselor:
Required:
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
• Sailing or boating experience
• Texas Boater License
• First Aid - CPR Certification
• Safe Sport Program or Online Youth Training Certification: http://www.youthcamptraining.com/
• Positive attitude
Preferred but not required:
US Sailing Safe Powerboat Handling
­ US Sailing Counselor Course Completion
­ US Sailing Small Boat Level 1 Sailing Instructor

Seahorse & Opti Camp Junior Counselor:
Required:
• Must be a minimum of 15 years of age
• First Aid - CPR Certification
• Safe Sport Program or Online Youth Training Certification: http://www.youthcamptraining.com/
• Positive attitude
Preferred but not Required:
Sailing experience
Texas Boater's License
US Sailing Safe Powerboat Handling
