How to Book
1. Fill up UV Care Equipment Rental Form
2. Wait for confirmation via email and/or SMS from our team.
3. Please note that bookings must be made seven (7) days before the event for Metro Manila areas.
4. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee.
PACKAGE NOTES
1. For areas outside Metro Manila, additional logistics charges will apply depending on the location.
2. Time is inclusive of event proper, ingress and egress.
3. The client agrees to provide UV Care Team with crew meals
4. Parking and permits needed are shouldered/prepared by the client

PAYMENT
1. Intech Group will be requiring an initial minimal security deposit which will be refunded within 5 days from the event date.
2. We require 50% downpayment to secure the date. Full payment must be settled two (2) days before the event via bank transfer.
3. Please send us a copy of the payment receipt must be emailed for proper verification.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Intech Group Innovations Corp. (UV Care) grants the signing Loaner/Borrower, the right to use the loaned product item/s, including all of its accessories within the Loan Period.
2. The loaned product item/s is/are to be used for the stated purpose only. The Loaner/Borrower shall not re-loan, transfer, assign, pledge, dispose or sell the loaned product item/s. The loaned product item/s remains the property of UV Care during the loan period.
3. The Loan Period is non-extendible. The Loaner/Borrower must return the loaned product unit/s to UV Care immediately at loan due date without the need of prior demand.
4. If the Loaner/Borrower fails to return the loaned product item/s to UV Care within the loan due date, SPH will consider the loaned product item/s as sold. Loaner/Borrower shall be liable to pay UV Care the total amount of goods in Standard Retail Price (SRP) at loan due date.
5. Loaner/Borrower agrees to maintain the loaned product item/s in good working condition. Any identified damage, misuse, neglect, and/or loss of product item/s on main unit and its accessories shall held the Loaner/Borrower liable to pay its value (in SRP).
6. UV Care reserves the right to pre-terminate this Product Loan Agreement (PLA) anytime. UV Care shall provide a prior written notice of pre-termination to the Loaner/Borrower. The Loaner/Borrower shall be able to return the loaned product item/s immediately after pre-termination, as if expiration of the loan period.
7. Loaner should keep a copy of delivery documents.
8. This agreement shall become effective upon delivery by UV Care of the product loaned to the Loaner/Borrower.
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
UV Care UV-C germicidal equipment work best when used together with proper pandemic protocols such as social distancing, wearing of protective gear and frequent hand washing.
UV Care will not be held liable for factors beyond our control such as negligence of the venue, organizers, guests and other persons to practice prescribed health standards.
