Do you sell fan art? - Please note, if you sell FAN ART you need to apply as an ARTIST.  Having Fan Art in the vendor hall may result in your booth's removal from the show without a refund *

Do you use or sell any artwork created with generative AI? - Please note, the use of generative AI is prohibited at Holiday Matsuri and any booth found to be using generative AI risks being removed without refund.   *
Holiday Matsuri Policies and Procedures

Counterfeit, bootleg, duplication or reproduction of licensed material is NOT permitted in the exhibit hall. 

Licensed graphic designs or logos carved, traced, or used on other materials are NOT permitted to be sold in the vendor hall. Display of any and all items in the Exhibit Hall is under the sole discretion of Holiday Matsuri and the decision of the convention regarding what can and cannot be displayed and sold is final and binding.  

Selling any of the afore mentioned is a violation of this agreement. 

Products or content which fall under adult content are allowed in the Exhibit hall but are subject to additional restrictions. 

Adult content is defined as items depicting nudity, sexual situations, or violence which are inappropriate for view by those 17 and under. Adult content and products may only be viewed or purchased by people 18 years or older with a valid government-issued ID. Holiday Matsuri Staff are the final determiners of what constitutes adult content or products.

Sellers are responsible for verifying the age of their customers, by photo ID, before allowing them to view or purchase works containing adult content. 

Artwork generated via the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning or similar algorithms, is prohibited at Holiday Matsuri. Selling or promotion of AI generated art is cause for removal without a refund from any vendor or artist booth.

Treating the Holiday Matsuri Staff with respect is required.  Speaking disrespectfully, using defamatory language, or yelling at any member of the Holiday Matsuri Staff or the staff of the OCCC or any of our hotel partners is a violation of the terms of this agreement. 

Physical violence or intimation is also against the terms of this agreement. 

Violation of any of the above terms is grounds for removal from the event without at refund at the discretion of Holiday Matsuri.
