Health & Fitness Luncheons

Offered monthly, these health and fitness luncheons will cover an array of topics including:
- healthy cooking
- nutrition education
- exercise science
- human performance
- effective stretching

These luncheons go in conjunction with our Health & Fitness Series workouts classes, such as Beginner's Bootcamp I, Pilates, Zumba, and Beginner's Bootcamp II. Free of charge!
