2019 Whisky Warm Up
We are excited to once again host the Whiskey Warm Up in beautiful Estes Park! The 2018 even was a massive success, and we are sure 2019 will be bigger and better. If you are interested in pouring and/or selling at our 2019 event, please fill out the below form by January 31st to be considered. Due to limited space, priority will be given to distilleries who have attended previous Whiskey Warm Ups and previous Town events.

Booth Space:
Each 10x10 space includes a table, 2 chairs, water and ice if needed. The distillery is responsible for its own tent and weights. We ask that you please have someone present at your booth at all times throughout the festival (1-4pm).

Set Up:
The festival will be Saturday, March 2nd from 1-4 p.m. at Riverside Plaza. We ask that your distillery be set up, ready to serve no later than 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Vendor load in will start at 10 a.m.

Tickets:
All distilleries will receive up to 4 wristbands and glasses for the festival for their workers. Distillery’s attend the Warm Up at no cost.

Product:
Please provide us with a list of product that you intend to serve at the Whiskey Warm Up. We suggest bringing enough product to serve up to 350-400 guests. (The event will sell out at 400 guests) The distillery is responsible for supplying any promotional material and/or signage to help promote the distillery/product.

Other Regulations:
Alcoholic beverages may only be served to patrons wearing an official event wristband as well as a tasting glass. This will ensure that they are of legal drinking age and have paid for the tastings. Do not serve to anyone without an event tasting glass. Distilleries are required to serve responsibly and may politely refuse service to anyone they feel to be intoxicated.

Bottle Sales:
Bottle sales will be allowed from 4:01pm-4:45pm at the completion of the event. In order to sell bottles you must have an available tasting room permit and complete the required permitting information with the State of Colorado.

People’s Choice:
Back again this year will be a people’s choice voting competition for top 3 distilleries. Votes will be tallied at 3:30 and awards presented on stage at 4pm.


To help us have a successful 2019 Whiskey Warm Up, we are asking that you please help us promote the event! We are happy to send a flyer to hang in your establishments, provide talking points on the event, etc. Please share the event to your social channels, websites, Facebook, etc. Any additional advertising you can do for us is greatly appreciated! We will include all participating distilleries on our event poster, so please email your updated logo to events@estes.org after submitting your application.

A Colorado Tax ID Number is required. If you do not have one, a special one-time vendor application can be applied for online through the Colorado Department of Revenue. Each vendor is responsible for collecting his/her own taxes and remitting them to the proper taxation authorities. The Estes Park Big Foot Days will not be held accountable or liable for vendors failing to pay tax or for calculating and tracking taxes owed. This responsibility lies solely with the vendor. Please display your Tax ID prominently at your booth.
