Thank you for your interest in Whitehill Mansion Paranormal Expo 2026. This event is held as a joint venture between South Jersey Ghost Research and The Friends of Whitehill Mansion.
This main event will be held rain or shine on Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 10am to 5pm at:
White Hill Historical Mansion
217 W Burlington St, Fieldsboro, NJ 08505
Things you need to know:
1. We are looking to have a variety of vendors for this event. Paranormal, Spiritual, Psychic, Crystals, pop culture, macabre. Vendor spaces cost $25 per space.
2. Vendor spaces will be outdoors and consist of a 10x10 area. Each vendor will be allowed one vendor space. We will not be providing canopy, tables, chairs, or electricity for any vendors. Please be prepared with your own equipment.
3. You may have as many people working your booth as you wish, but only 3 admission tickets are included in the vendor package. Anyone above and beyond that must pay the full admission to the event.
4. Set up time will be from 8am to 930 am. All vendors must be set up by 930am.
5. Vendor tear down will be from 500pm to 630pm. All vendor booths must be cleared by 630pm. We are asking that vendors remain until the event has concluded.
6. Verbal applications will not be accepted. A confirmation and invoice will be sent upon receipt and acceptance of your application for the event. Payment is expected after acceptance of your application for the event. A vendor will not be permitted to set up if the payment has not been submitted.
7. There will be no refunds for vendor spaces.
