The Cuna Mutual Training along with all Urban League services are FREE.The Urban League and CUNA Mutual Group are launching an exciting new program to train and place individuals into CUNA Mutual Group's operations division. Successful graduates of the Urban League's training program will interview immediately after training for full-time Operations Support Positions with CUNA Mutual Group starting at $15/hr.
* All positions offered by CUNA have a minimum age 18+ requirement years, having a high school education, the ability to pass a background check (some backgrounds may not be compatible with working in a call center environment with confidential information) and the ability to pass a drug screen. It is your responsibility before applying to CUNA Administrative Academy to determine if you meet these minimum requirements. Fully disclosing any potential barriers to the Urban League will allow you to make the best decision possible and explore additional opportunities if needed.
Please be aware that spaces for CUNA Mutual Training are very limited and everyone will undergo the same screening process.
Contact Melissa Herriges, the CUNA Administrative Academy Program Manager, with additional questions, class schedules and upcoming program application deadlines. If a training program is not currently scheduled, your application will be kept on file and you will be added to a waitlist to be notified when the next training class is available.
If you have questions about the enrollment process or this training, please contact Melissa Herriges email@example.com | 608-729-1232
Someone from the Urban League will contact you to confirm that your application has been received. If enrollment is open for an upcoming customer service academy, they will instruct you how to schedule your first interview and assessments. If there is not a current program, they will let you know when the next program is expected to begin, and add your name to the list of candidates who have completed applications to be contacted when enrollment for the next program opens.
The final step to be accepted into the Cuna Mutual Training is to attend an interview with a representative from one of the program’s employer partners. These interviews are scheduled before the program begins, and all individuals who have completed applications will be notified when final interviews will take place.
