Festitalia Volunteer Registration 
Register now to volunteer at Festitalia!  Volunteers must be aged over 16. If you have any questions or issues completing this form, please email us at: volunteers@festitalia.com.au

All volunteers will receive free entry, a bottle of water, a t-shirt, a meal voucher - (apologies, no gf/df options) on the day. After the event you will receive a Certificate from the Volunteer Coordinator on behalf of the Festitalia Association Inc.

IMPORTANT: If you have been asked by the Festitalia committee to volunteer for a specific role, PLEASE  note it somewhere in this form, or else you will be scheduled in another festival role by the volunteer coordinator. It will make the  process of allocating shifts much more efficient if you write your role.

SHIFTS & ROLES
SHIFTS: Please tell us your full availability and how many shifts you would like.  We have put approximate times on the shift selections below.  Please note that you are required to arrive 20 minutes before your shift time, to sign-in, familiarise yourself with the site and receive an adequate role hand-over.

ROLES: All roles (apart from performance/costumed roles) involve customer service, sales, directions, ticketing and general 'go-for' duties especially  competitions. We will try to match your skills to a role if available. Italian speakers/learners may be placed in certain roles that would benefit from a level of Italian comprehension.

Festitalia is a fun-filled, busy day so you may be asked to do a range of tasks by the Festival Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator to lend a hand where needed.
