What is Bed-Stuy Pride?
On Saturday, August 17th from 12:00-6:00pm the Audre Lorde Project’s Safe OUTside the System’s (S.O.S) Collective will host the 3rd Annual Bed-Stuy Pride to celebrate lesbian, gay, bisexual, two spirit, transgender and gender-non-conforming people of color living in the Bed-Stuy community. The day will feature performances, workshops, artists, music, vendors, family friendly activities and more!

About The Safe OUTside the System Collective:
The Safe OUTside the System Collective is an anti-violence program led by and for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Two Spirit, Trans, and Gender Non Conforming people of color. We are devoted to challenging hate and police violence by using community based strategies rather than relying on the police. SOS is a project of the Audre Lorde Project. The Audre Lorde Project is a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Two Spirit, Trans and Gender Non Conforming People of Color community organizing center.
