Conference Funding Request
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

This form is for Pomona Students Only. ASPC funds comes from Pomona student fees. If you are not a Pomona student, ask your respective school's senate. These funds are meant to be supplementary. It is meant for food, stay, or transportation. These are meant to "fill in the gaps", not fund all expenses. 

According to our bylaws, you could be provided up to $125. 
Things that will be taken into consideration when determining the amount is where the conference is, how long you will be there, and if you have received funding in the past (LIMIT 3X YEAR). 

To be considered for funding, you agree read and acknowledge the following statements:
1) I am submitting this form at least 2 weeks in advance. 
2) I understand that it is not guaranteed that my request will be approved. The funds are used first come first serve. 
3) Reimbursements can only be made if I keep the itemized receipt. I will not be approved for additional conference funding requests until I submit the itemized receipt of the previous conference.
4) I can provide proof of invitation or proof of attendance.
