This form is for facility representatives to request ongoing scheduled pet therapy visits from the Pet Therapy Society of Northern Alberta (PeTS). We offer pet therapy, at no cost, to facilities within the Edmonton region. We are not able to accept requests for individual persons desiring a pet therapy visit.
For the safety of our volunteers, we do not offer pet therapy visits in private homes, and require that at least one staff member be present at the facility for the duration of all pet therapy visits.
Our volunteers choose the facilities they visit, but if you have a specific team in mind, we will convey your request to that team. If you have any questions, please email us at
