Please note that athletes cannot participate in any 21st CPA Athletic practices until the below Sports Registration has been completed.

  • $100 Participation Fee (Cash, Check, or Money Order - Payable to 21st CPA) 
Note:  Athletes' Participation fees must be labeled with the athlete's name, grade, sport, and enclosed in an envelope when submitting. Any missing athletic requirements can or will delay athletes participation.

Parent Volunteering
Parents will be required to volunteer at their Athlete(s) sporting events. In some cases, volunteering may include (working the score book, managing the scoreboard, gate, concession, timer, field measure etc.). All volunteers are gratefully appreciated for helping out our amazing teams throughout the season.    
**If the team can not provide volunteers for the current event there will be a possible forfeit for that event. **
