Course Dates: 
I understand that this course is scheduled for Friday, June 23 through Friday, July 28, with an optional individualized session during the week of July 31. We will likely meet from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Mode and Delivery: 
This course will be held via Zoom, with optional in-person opportunities for an individualized session with Amy. The course will include content prepared and presented by Amy, interactive opportunities for participants, and may include guest “experts."

Course Costs: 
Course cost is $1,000. 
An optional individualized session with Amy is $250.
A sliding scale of $750 to $1,500 is available for the 5 week course. 
Payment is via Venmo or by paper check. Amy will contact you after registration with a confirmation, invoice and arrange for payment.
