Daily Participation in Leader groupme
This means that you check-in to the leader groupme on a daily basis so that you know what is being discussed and can weigh in if any important topics arise. This does not mean you have to constantly be chatting, it just means be present and pipe in when we are discussing something that has impact to the clan. Favoriting a message or two is a good way to show you’re present even if you’re not blowing up chat.

Enforce Clan Rules
Our clan and war rules can be found on our subreddit wiki and we expect all members to follow them. If you’re reading this, you are likely already a model member. The next level is to be observing other clan members actions and making corrections when necessary. If you see a member breaking our rules it is your responsibility at minimum to initiate a response. Our leadership team (possibly you) will then carry through with any necessary corrective actions.

Assist in Moderation of /r/RedditOmicron
You should be checking in to reddit every day or two with the minimum action being to read recent modmail so you know what is going on. You should also be at minimum a bi-weekly contributor of posts, comments, modmail, and/or wiki content. The quality of our subreddit has a direct correlation to the quality of members we attract and retain. It isn’t a job for one person, it is a job for all of us.

Perform Administrative Actions for the Clan
The primary tools we use to lead our clan are the Subreddit, Google Drive, and groupme. Each co-leader will take on the same responsibility as the leader. If something needs to be done co-leaders should be stepping up to do what is needed. Tasks will most likely be assigned in the near future.

Leadership Philosophy
Are two foremost goals as a leadership team are: 1) Reinforce a positive, fun environment for our members and 2) cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement. In order to do this, we must exemplify these things in all our interactions with each other and our members.
