Bobcat Resilience Leadership Workshop
Join us for a powerful, interactive workshop that blends leadership development
with resilience training - designed to help you thrive in both challenging and
everyday moments.
In this two-hour workshop, you’ll explore the core
principles of resilience and authentic leadership through engaging discussions
and a hands-on, adventure-based experience that brings the lessons to life.
Together, we’ll examine practical tools for building mental fitness,
strengthening leadership presence, and applying resilience strategies in
real-world situations.
You’ll leave with not only new knowledge but also a
personalized plan for integrating these skills into your academic,
professional, and personal life.
For those who want to go deeper, we’re also offering an
optional four-week virtual follow-up course. This series of one-hour Zoom
sessions will provide continued structure and accountability, offering a
supportive space to share successes, navigate challenges, and refine your
practice of resilience leadership.
This workshop is designed for students, emerging leaders,
and anyone seeking to strengthen their ability to lead with clarity,
adaptability, and confidence.
