3. After payment is sent, PLEASE SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT and SHIPPING INFORMATION to Flora. This will prompt a secondary check for your particular customizations and then the order will be sent to production. ( This part is important to make sure your item is being made! If you skip this step, the likelihood of your order being missed is high!)
4. There is an estimated production time listed for this item. If that time has passed, please check in with Flora for the status of your piece.
5. Once your commissioned piece is complete and ready to ship, Flora will communicate with you to confirm that your shipping address is correct and you should receive a tracking number for your shipment.
