Bucks Maternity & Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) is an independent NHS body led by a team of volunteers, working together with health professionals and commissioners to review and contribute to the development of maternity services in Buckinghamshire NHS Trust.
Please fill in as many questions as you can as your experience and thoughts are important and make a difference to local maternity care.

We will present the findings (sometime using anonymous quotes), to the Trust and the wider NHS to help improve services. You will not be able to be identified from any of the data or quotes shared.
