Write Your Pilot
Write or Die is an emerging organization that works to educate, enliven and elevate up and coming TV writers in Los Angeles with particular care for trans, non-binary, intersex, queer and disabled writers of color. Our aim is to fulfill the demand for TV writing workshops by providing classes led by professionals while also taking the classroom experience to the next level. Just in time for TV writing fellowships, we are providing a pop-up Zoom workshop that will meet once per week between May 25th and July 31st, 2022. The class will be donation based.

What is your availability? (Please check all your availabilities. We intend on meeting night per week.)
Giving quality notes to your peers is as important as receiving quality notes. Are you willing to give notes on group members work? If you're unsure, please explain.
What are your goals for your pilot script? Why are you writing one?
Our workshops are rigorous, require self sufficiency, independent research, and basic script-writing knowledge. They are designed to hold writers accountable and create a community where we can elevate and educate each other about our craft. Do you have previous script writing experience or are you willing to put all hands on deck and learn how to write a script outside of class hours?
What are your long term writing goals?
Do you identify as  a non-binary of color, trans person of color, intersex person of color, queer person of color, disabled person of color, and/or woman of color? If not, do you consider yourself a die-hard ally of the community?
