I consent to the event organizers and their associates to use photographs and/or video footage, including images of me both inside and outside the venue to promote the event. These images could be used in print and digital formats, including print publications, websites, online marketing, posters, advertising, film clips, social media, and for teaching and research purposes.

I understand that images on websites can be viewed around the world, not just in the region where they are taken, and that some countries abroad may not provide the same level of protection for individuals' rights as EU law.

I understand that some images or recordings may be permanently retained after publication and kept on file by the organisers.

The organisers are committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected in this form will be kept securely and used for administrative purposes only.

Your rights

You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of information that is no longer required. You can ask project partners to stop using your images at any time, in which case they will not be used in future publications, but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.
