th NYCOSH's Health for Heroes Campaign Sign-on Form
By signing on to the Health for Heroes Campaign, you will help the New York Committee for Occupational Safety and Health (NYCOSH) mark the 15th anniversary of 9/11 by encouraging responders and survivors to access the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) and learn about eligibility for health coverage, monitoring, and crucial financial compensation. We will kick off our outreach drive on March 2nd, 2016.

Please sign up below and we will send you a toolkit with a wide range of activities for those with limited capacity and those with resources to do more.

There are 70,000 responders and survivors enrolled in the WTC Health Program, but an estimated 400,000 were exposed to the WTC-derived contaminants on 9/11 and the months following. Just under 18% of those who were exposed are currently enrolled - we can do better with your help!

Thanks in advance for signing on!
