This is a 1:1 online coaching program designed specifically for YOU! My goal is to steer you away from the fads FOREVER & get you stronger BOTH physically and mentally.  You will learn technique as well as the importance of discipline in order to create healthier habits.

What's included?
• A complete 8 week training program PDF customized to your needs sent digitally
• General nutrition guidance (general macronutrient breakdowns, recipes swaps, etc. - NO MEAL PLANS. For reverse dieting and metabolism upregulation see NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING LINK).
• Monthly check-ins via Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime with ME to discuss progress, concerns, and to make any adjustments or modifications (as needed)
• Progress tracking through Google Sheets
• Access to me via text message or WhatsApp for video form checks and to address any concerns or questions that may arise

Do I need equipment, access to a gym and do I need exercise/lifting experience?
• Bodyweight ONLY programs are available but not always optimal. Type of equipment needed will ultimately be determined by your desired goals 
• Access to a fully stocked gym will only be necessary if your goals require the use of equipment that you don't have at your disposal
• Exercise and some lifting experience is not required, but is preferred

How much does a personalized 1:1 training program with me cost?
