Our vision is that we are to be an intentional, loving, caring supportive, empowering Christ-like community who are known by their love and faith is lived out in who we are and what we do. We believe life is meant to be lived together through the highs, the celebrations and successes and the lows the sufferings, pain, loss that we all at times will experience. When we do it in community and with each other we carry the commandment of Jesus “That you love one another, even as I have loved you. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another” John 13:34
How this looks practically includes: taking meals to someone in need, a phone call of encouragement or empathy, a shoulder to cry on, standing in the gap in prayer, offering lifts, sacrifices made for the good of another, choosing to be difficult to offend and quick to forgive and seek forgiveness, understanding, long suffering and consideration demonstrated.
