This form is proposed by the University of Liege (Justin Iurman, Prof. Benoit Donnet) to measure how IPv6 Extension Headers are processed by routers along the path.

The survey will allow us to confront operators' view of IPv6 EHs with what we have observed through active measurements.  See https://github.com/iurmanj/ebpf-ipv6-exthdr-injection to have a look at the code we used for the last measurement campaign (an old version is also available, which was used for previous measurement campaigns).
