The submission of this form ensures that your child is placed on a waitlist of prospective students. Selection of Cherry Creek Academy students is done on a first come basis from our waitlist. Your child is placed on the waitlist according to the date that this application is received by Cherry Creek Academy. Upon submission, you will receive a copy of your application - please keep a copy for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours.
