EF21 Charity Submissions / Donations
As every year, we are looking for submissions / donations for our Charity (Wildtierhilfe Fiel e.V.). Any submissions are appreciated, this can be artwork, prints, posters, plushies, figurines, books, merchandise, clothing, rare items, etc. (please just make sure the items are in a good condition to give away, no broken, dirty or overly used items please).

Artwork / Items for the *Charity Auction* should be unique and special items only (e.g. original art, limited items, rare items, big commissions, last of a kind items, etc.). Smaller items, merchandise, small commissions (e.g. sketches / badges) or items available in higher number should go to the *Lottery* as prizes (these are very much needed as well!). If we should receive too many submissions for the Auction, we may have to put some of those items into the Lottery as prizes instead.

Title of the submitted item/art *
We need a title to handle the item. If your submission is art/work for the *Charity Auction*, please tell us the title (e.g. "The white wolf" or "Color Commission by ArtistX"), if it's for the Lottery, please also give us a title (e.g. "Key chain" or "Fox poster").
Number / Amount *
Please enter if it's 1 item/picture/commission/etc. or more items
Name of the artist
If your submission was made by an artist, please write the name down here. This field is *required* for art/work submitted for the *Charity Auction*. If you want to donate artwork for the Lottery, you can of course also write down the artist's name here (optional).
Description of submitted item/art *
Please enter a description of the submission (e.g. what it is, if it is limited, if so to which number, whether it is signed, whether it is a commission - and if so please include all details on what people will get, any important information that should be said with it)
Photo of the submitted item/art
If you have any photo, that will help us BIG time! Please post all links to the images here (or send them via email). If you donate a commission, please send a collage or some example links what the winner would get. If it's for the *Charity Auction*, these photos will be used to show on the big screens!

If your submission is for the *Charity Auction* (not the Lottery), please tell us the minimum bid here (EURO)
How to submit / drop off your item
Please let us know how we get your item (if it's a virtual submission like a commission, we will prepare a voucher for this).
