2026 Distinguished Alumni Award Nomination Form

ECC graduate or certificate holder who has achieved success in their chosen career or field of expertise and who has made significant contributions to the community.
Nominations are due by March 23rd, 2026. Awardees will be contacted by April 11th.
The award ceremony -- SUNY Erie Celebrates -- will be held on May 13th at 8:30 am (doors open 8 am) at the Admiral Room, 237 Main St., Buffalo.
