Vendor Fee:Small Business - $120.00Non-Profit - $60.00
Vendor/Exhibitor Booths - The Conference provides (1) 6ft table and two chairs. Vendor Fee accommodates all access to the conference for two persons per table. If you have more than (2) that will working your booth, each additional person will be 20.00.
Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own booth supplies including: table cloths, products, information etc.
Lunch will be provided for Vendor from 12-1:30. Can eat lunch during your leisure at that time.
Internet Access - XU does provide guest access to Wi-Fi.
Electrical outlets - Are limited and provided to those who previously requested it prior to our deadline.If you don’t request electricity, please bring your own extension cords and power strips.
