This form is used by the 115 organizing collective to determine if and when we can host your event. This information also lets us know more about how we can help with support and promotion.
Please note that we meet once a month (every third Tuesday) to discuss the approval and scheduling of recurring events. Therefore please be patient with us. We're an all volunteer-operated community space!
