If care is needed for your loved one with dementia  so  you can attend the conference please consider registering them for a full day of supervised activity. We will be providing a fun filled day in the Tiverton Room while you attend your sessions. Participants will have a light breakfast, lunch and end the day with the popular ice cream social. Personnel from Saint Elizabeth Communities will be on hand all day to care for persons with dementia. Space is limited to 25 people so register early by completing this form.
