Project Read -- Remote Learning Scholarship

Spanish version of this form for families:
También está disponible una versión en español de este formulario aquí.

If your family, classroom or school is being affected by recent events, if students are staying home or learning is being disrupted, we want to help.

We're offering free access to the Project Read AI Tutor through the end of June 2026 to any student, family, or classroom that needs it to support remote learning. We will also provide you as the educator or parent/guardian full access to the pro version of the Decodable Generator and other teacher tools.

The program listens at the phoneme level as students read decodable text out loud, provides corrective feedback and advances students based on mastery within the UFLI scope and sequence. A recent pilot study showed large and significant effects on fluency growth for students using the program at least 15 minutes per week.

We have letters that explain the program to families and how to access it from that are available in English, Spanish, Hmong, Portuguese, French, Somali, Hindi, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Karen, and Arabic. If you need the letter in another language, please let us know!

Once we process your request, we will provide access and follow up via email with:

a) info on how to access your scholarship

b) instructions for using the program

c) a letter for families on how to access the program from home, with variants for each language
