Project Ready Mentor – Virtual High School Application

Project Ready Mentor (PRM) is a youth mentoring and development program that helps students build confidence, strengthen academic and life skills, explore careers, and prepare for their future.

Through Project Ready, students participate in mentoring, academic support, leadership activities, financial literacy, career exploration, and real-world experiences designed to help them grow both inside and outside the classroom.

IRL (In Real Life) is a new component of Project Ready that gives students opportunities to put learning into action through career and workplace experiences, hands-on activities, entrepreneurship, professional networking, and exposure to new opportunities.

Project Ready is about more than preparing for the future—it’s about helping students experience it, explore it, and see what’s possible.
