Below is class information, a sheet for your personal information, and an order sheet with payment information. Please read carefully. I look forward to seeing you in class!

What to Expect:

Prices start at $149 per person with discounts given for pairs. You will be able to choose your option later on in this form. Special rates may be given for groups. Inquire with Megan at for groups of 3 or more.

This will be a 10 hour class with 2 snack breaks and a lunch break.

Snacks and beverages will be provided, lunch will not. There are many restaurants nearby and there is a kitchen facility on site with a refrigerator and microwave if you would like to bring your lunch. Food will need to stay confined to the kitchen.

Bring comfortable clothes that you can layer on and off.

There will be a lot of hands on learning and group activities.

Up to 5 dogs will be present in the class for hands on learning. Please only bring your dog if they are registered beforehand and you get the OK with your registration confirmation.

This class is taught using the Walks 'N' Wags curriculum (, which is a premier, comprehensive course.
During class, you will learn:

Immediate steps to take in an emergency.
What to include in your Pet First Aid kit.
How to safely approach an injured animal.
How to complete a Head to toe assessment.
How to restrain an injured animal.
How to transport an injured animal.
Recognition of signs of common illness and injury.
How to handle various bleeding wounds.
Bone injuries.
Ear and Eye injuries.
Choking skills.
Artificial Respiration.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
Frostbite and hypothermia.
Heat stroke.
Administration of medications.
Strong emphasis on prevention of illness and injury.

If you must cancel, a full refund will be given if cancellation notice is received up to one week before the scheduled class. Any cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the course date will not be refunded or transferred.
