IAS AMTGP 2026 Application

DESCRIPTION 

The IAS AMTGP provides financial support to IAS students and young professionals (SYPS) to attend the IAS Annual Meeting (https://ias-am.ieee.org/), which will be held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada from 4-8 October 2026 and participate in technical and networking activities. The AMTGP will provide reimbursement of up to $2,000 USD. This reimbursement will only cover the actual expenses incurred by the AMTGP recipient for Canada visa, a round-trip economy class airfare, conference registration, and the Chapters Department (CD) dinner. Shared accommodation at the IAS Annual Meeting hotel will be provided for all AMTGP recipients. No other excursions will be eligible for reimbursement.  

ELIGIBILITY  

Must be an IEEE IAS SYP member in a good standing before applying for the AMTGP.


APPLICATION

The AMTGP application is now open and all applications should be made using this following Google Form. The deadline for all AMTGP applications will be May 8th, 2026.

 LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

Only selected applicants will be notified via email, by the end of May.
