The Cat Libres team is open to non-professional players and is considered an amateur team. Players are selected and compete in categories, in a pairs formats in the Panamerican Amateur championships. Pairs earn points in their division, towards the USA’s overall points total at the championships. USA Padel can send multiple teams per category and fill as many or as few categories as the coaches choose to.
July 22 - Applications Open
August 17 - Applications submitted after this date will only be considered in exceptional circumstances
August 24 - Commitment Letters Sent to Selected Players
August 31 - Team Announced*
*The USA Padel National Teams Committee reserves the right to add players to the team at any time up until the team submission deadline provided by FIP and/or Padel America.
October 21-24 Tournament Competition Dates (participants will be required to arrive on or before October 20th)
Please complete this application form with as much information as possible so USA Padel's National Teams Committee and in particular, the National Team Coaches can make the best selections.
Player selections will be made by National Team Coaches utilizing the National Team Selection Criteria.

For this tournament, USA Padel will provide coaches, a team delegate, team uniforms, and health insurance for injuries or illness when abroad. Players will be responsible for any extra nights, their travel to and from, food, misc travel expenses, and a registration fee of between $200 and $300 that includes your hotel at the tournament.
