2026 WCAC VBS Child Registration Form
Please remember the following information:

Your children must currently be in school from JK to Grade 5 to attend VBS. 

Snacks will be provided but each child must bring their own lunch.  
 
Date: Monday, August 3, 2026 to Friday, August 7, 2026
Location: Windsor Chinese Alliance Church
Time: 9:30am to 3:30pm
Cost: $80

Please submit one registration form for each child.
