Stagebridge Spring 2013 Class Registration (BETA)
Thank you for your interest in Stagebridge! We are excited to be testing out Online Registration this session - we would love your feed back at the end of your registration experience!

Please read through the Enrollment Policy as there have been changes to our policies and processes.

ENROLLMENT POLICY
Stagebridge is committed to:
Providing the highest possible level of instruction with outstanding professional artists;
Offering reasonable fees and payment plans that take into account our students’ financial situations;
Continuing to expand our programs and class offerings according to the needs and interests of our student population.

1) The first class of each course is free and open to the public. Prospective students are encouraged to check out classes they are interested in taking during the first week of instruction.

2) Each class must have a minimum number of students enrolled (10 for most classes) in order for that course to be offered. If a course is under-enrolled at the end of the first week, the class may be cancelled. Students will be refunded their tuition, or they can choose to apply that tuition to a different course.

3) Maximum class size will be at Instructor’s discretion. Registration will be on a first come, first served basis. You are still most welcome to attend any first class for free to check it out.

4) Stagebridge is able to offer a limited number of partial scholarships in exchange for volunteer service.  Students on scholarship should fill out the scholarship form for more information. Scholarship forms should be turned in no later than the end of the first week. The staff will review each form and Scholarship applicants will be notified if they are awarded a scholarship by the beginning of the second week. Scholarship students must demonstrate clear financial need to qualify.

5) REFUND POLICY: If you decide to drop a course, you may request a refund or credit ONLY if you notify us by the end of the second week. Any credit must be used within a one-year timeframe.  Special circumstances that require a student to leave a course after the second week will be considered individually. If Stagebridge cancels a class AFTER the second week, students may request a refund, apply their payment to another class, or request a credit toward a future class within a one-year timeframe. In addition, we are no longer able to pro-rate class tuition. This is to ensure that we maintain our enrollment minimums and are able to pay our teachers fairly for their time and talent.

6) DEPOSIT POLICY: Deposits are now required to reserve your seat in a class. You can choose to either pay your full tuition at the time of registration OR make a deposit equal to 1/3 of your total tuition cost. If you are unable to make the required deposit (1/3 of tuition), and wish to discuss a payment plan, please contact Lily Ann Villaraza at 510-444-4755 or lilyann@stagebridge.org.

7) CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE: We are instituting  a 2.5% processing fee for all credit card transactions beginning Spring 2013.

Classes at West Oakland Senior Center, Short Courses, and By Audition Only Courses are not listed with the regular classes. Please click "continue" at the end of the Class Offerings page to move on to the other courses Stagebridge offers.
